    1、负责无菌工艺试验，清洁验证&确认，运输验证，保存时限等工艺相关验证工作；
    2、起草/审核验证方案、组织/参与验证实施，起草/审核验证报告；
    3、负责验证相关的质量风险评估，参与验证相关的偏差、变更、CAPA工作的开展和跟进；

    4、负责所开展的验证项目的跟进和协调。

  • ADC分析研究员

    工作职责
    1、主要负责产品研发过程中分析方法的开发及样品的检测工作，同时支持药物开发过程中的质量成药性评价，在项目推进的早期对项目的可行性、可开发性进行评估；
    2、负责分析方法（SEC、HIC、Free Drug等）和表征方法（Native mass、二硫键位点、糖基化分析、Tm值、CD等）的开发，并完成相关分析方法和表征方法的SOP撰写；

    3、了解HPLC、UPLC、DLS、DSC、DFS等检测手段。


    任职要求
    1、分析化学、药物制剂等相关专业硕士毕业，0~2年工作经验（应届生也可以）；
    2、能独立查阅英文文献，设计实验方案，对数据进行合理的分析，以给出可参考的分析结果；
    3、了解生物活性筛选评估方法者优先（包括但不限于亲和力实验，含有报告基因的特异性细胞生物活性实验等）。
